DSA-LA's #HollywoodLabor is back for its first official event of 2018 — an open forum to discuss strategy, plans, and goals to expand our operations for the upcoming year. Have you gone to a #HollywoodLabor event and wanted to get more involved? Are you interested in working to build a more equitable and inclusive Hollywood? We would love to hear your thoughts and get you involved in one of our many projects we're figuring out for 2018! Some ideas include: More panels and group sessions; know your rights workshops; direct action planning; writing up a Hollywood assistant's guidebook; and outreach and network building. Now more than ever we are poised to have a strong voice in the conversation about how we make Hollywood work for all of its workers, not just a select few. We hope to see you there!
